We are currently recruiting for an internal Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team

The role will be based with Banbury looking after multiple high profile clients. We have rapidly grown our office over the last six years and are ready to expand and welcome a new Recruitment Consultant. We are, a very much a hands on team where everybody will help each other and we look forward to a new member joining us.

Key Skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills - face to face and over the telephone
  • Ability to hit and exceed targets and objectives
  • Good organisational skills
  • Computer literate - outlook, excel and word
  • Ability to report critical information accurately and to tight deadlines
  • Full driving license essential
  • Previous experience within a high volume recruitment role
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong sales background

Details of a Recruitment Consultant:

  • Salary £20,000 - £23,000 per annum dependant on experience + commission structure
  • Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00 (there is also an on call mobile worked on a rota basis)
  • Location: Banbury OX16
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Interview detail: Interviews will commence wc 7th December 2020

Key Duties:

  • A full 360 role from bringing on new clients to finding the right candidates for the roles
  • Knowledge of HGV drivers - preferred but not essential
  • Building relationships with potential clients with view to establishing future supply
  • To identify suitable candidates for current and prospective industrial clients
  • Client management
  • Managing all aspects of temporary staff management including booking fulfilment, absences, return to works etc
  • Conducting registrations and all associated compliance
  • Conducting customer specific inductions
  • Using job boards, internet and social media to attract a constant flow of potential candidates
  • Proactively promote the services and benefits to develop and increase the day to day business opportunities with new and prospective clients
  • Liaising daily with clients and managing expectations including job requirements, hours of work and rates of pay
  • To conform to all statutory employment and contractual legislation
  • Partner with existing senior line managers within our clients premises to proactively help them address all people related matters by giving practical guidance and advice
  • Processing of payroll
  • Administration duties
  • Daily candidate and client check ins
